A new campaign wants to bring together the art, industry, and activities based around the Great Lakes, and it’s got its eye on Thunder Bay for an upcoming art installation.

Karen Kun is the co-founder of “Greatness: The Great Lakes Project” and says starting November 1st, they’ll be looking for a local artist to direct a project called Great Art For Great Lakes.

Kun says Thunder Bay is one of eight communities selected for this installation, and has already reached out to the City to find space for the art.
